No previous experience is necessary, we teach right from the basics to more complex methods (from how to use a knife safely to making a Béchamel sauce). We take bookings from individuals and couples or if you want to get a few friends together we can take small group also. Unlike other cookery courses with individual catering school style workstations, every day you prepare and cook breakfast, lunch (kids meals), afternoon tea and a three course evening meal including a vegetarian option in a REAL CHALET KITCHEN and sit down to dine with your guests, just like you will in your chalet.
