HOW TO BOOK...

We will email you the Booking Form which you must complete and return to us by post to the address marked on the form. In order to secure your place, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100pp payable immediately, with the balance payable 10 weeks before the start date. We will send a reminder one week before it is due. Please ensure you have read our Booking Conditions.

Payment can be made by calling us on 0845 260 2910 with your credit or debit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo. There is a 2.5% charge on credit card transactions (no charges on debit card transactions).

Alternatively, please arrange a bank transfer with your name as a reference. We will confirm our bank details by email. NB: We DO NOT accept payment by cheque.

We will provide transfers to and from Geneva airport on the Saturday the course starts and finishes. We recommend flights with Easyjet to Geneva as follows:

You must arrive at Geneva in the afternoon, if you arrive early you will have to wait. Please do not arrive any later than 17.00. On the departure day you must book flights departing no earlier than 14.30, any later and you will have to wait. NB: If your flight is delayed we cannot wait later than 17.30 so you may be required to get a taxi and claim via your insurance (taxi is approx. 350€) hence it is imperative you arrange Travel Insurance. You will also need Insurance which covers Grade 4 rapids for white-water rafting (May-Sept courses only). If you haven't booked flights when completing the Booking Form, please let us know flight details when confirmed.

When we receive your Booking Form and payment, we will send you the Chalet Host Cookery Course Schedule and other useful information, such as which companies are looking for staff right now and what you will be required to bring. We very much look forward to meeting you and teaching you everything you need to know about running a successful chalet in the Alps with style and the minimum of amount of fuss! 

NB: During summer courses (May to end of September) you may wish to go White Water Rafting on the free afternoon. This costs approx. 50€ and you will need Travel Insurance that covers Grade 4 rapids.
