The Ultimate Chalet Host Cookery Course is the leading alpine chalet host cookery course teaching potential chalet hosts and amateur chefs how to run a catered chalet with style and the minimum of fuss. At the end of the course they are able to run a chalet from day one. We have over 100 students each year successfully complete the course which runs annually from June to November. We have already linked up with a wide range of employers in the Alps who our students contact directly for jobs and the course is highly regarded by the leading tour operators as well as many independently run chalet operators. Our websites are now some of the highest listed in search engines for chalet cookery courses and we are now advertising jobs on the website as well as continuing to send updates to students via Facebook and our Vacancies board in the chalet. We all know how important it is to recruit the right staff so if you would like to recruit staff from the course we will:

Post your company and job details on this website as well as on our Facebook page and our Vacancies board in the chalet for students to peruse whilst on the course. Provide a direct link to your website jobs page. Provide your Application forms & brochure for students to take away if you wish to post some to us. Contact you directly when we have students that match your requirements.

All this for an annual fee of just £65. Most forms of advertising for staff can be very expensive in comparison and you have the benefit that anyone you hire will have completed our course and will be ready to run a chalet from day one.
