I had such a great time and think (hopefully!) my cooking has got a lot better, we threw an impromptu dinner party last night where I cooked the Normandy pork recipe, Dauphinoise gratin and a few of the canapés – the plates were clean at the end of the evening! Jason thanks for the tips on DIN numbers, I’ll have a look at them when we go skiing again. Although I had some previous experience in cooking and some of the contents were not new for me, I learnt a lot of things and the recipes you provide us with were delicious. Tony and Chris were really friendly and kind....The contents of the lessons were very useful. I specially appreciate teaching us the atittude you show towards the clients which, in my opinion, is the key of yours student´s success. The chalet was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment we could need. Considering how many people were working in the kitchen at the same time, it was not bad at all. La Rosiere is amazing. I just couldn´t get bored of the balcony´s views. As you said...after just one week now I really feel confident to run a chalet.
